ESC Fundraiser Prints

So it's been a while! It's been a hectic, and often deeply unfun, couple of years, but I am slowly getting back into the swing of things. One of which is getting my shop going again. I'll be open for just a few short weeks selling two prints on preorder to help me fundraise for attending the European Cetacean Society Conference in Dundee this April. I’m very lucky that this conference is so close to home, so I want to grab the opportunity while it is there to be able to catch up with previous colleagues, forge new connections, and learn about the latest research from those conducting it. Coming off the back of a long term illness means there isn't really spare cash for attending conferences, no matter how beneficial, but moving some prints will make it all possible! If I can sell 25 in total, it should cover the ticket, hotel, food, and travel. Any further prints are of course welcome so I can do things like pay for travel for volunteering, and of course my bills!

I'd love to make my other items available but just having these two prints is helping to keep the complexity down, that and most of my shop is having to remain packed in boxes for now. These prints are available for preorder now, and will ship towards the end of March. Preordering makes sure I don’t have to guess and over or under order numbers, so thank you for waiting if you’ve placed an order. I am restricting the countries I will be shipping to as well for simplicity and local regulations. The vast majority of customers come from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand so I am enabling shipping only to these countries for now. Unfortunatley EU regulations are prohibitive for now. However if you are from the EU and will be attending ECS, watch this space as I may have a solution!

I've also managed to get a part time job (hooray!) but this means I'll be unable to run the shop between the end of March and end of June as I will be living on site for this work. I do have orders in for my usual stock, but these will only arrive in time for later in the year. I’ll of course post updates on Instagram and Bluesky as they happen so keep an eye out over there.
